This is our normal Tuesday night spot. We've been coming for years. This has been the most consistent sushi spot. My fav is the refresher, I like it so much I often buy two. Great options for those who don't particularly like raw fish too. My hubby's fav is the BSE or lobster roll. The staff is always so thought and remembers my order every week. The restaurant is always clean and updated. It's a friendly spot where even the customers will chat with each other from different tables. It's def our neighborhood fav!
This is a hidden gem in the city of Garden Grove! My girlfriend and i were scouting for a new sushi place in the area and were not disappointed. We came in on a Tuesday's night and were seated immediately. Our server Amy was very sweet and attentive. We happened to meet the owner, Ono, and he too was super friendly and fun. Overall, value was pretty dang good, generous serving sizes and their sashimi are fresh and on point! Thanks again for great food and a great time.
Asked the Chef to fill up a sushi boat we purchased from Amazon, for a friend who recently gave birth. He did not disappoint! Ono made sure the fish was fresh and well wrapped. Definitely deserves all the spotlight for all fresh fish and awesome service.
The food is always so good and great variety of sushi. Love going here since they are always accommodating and fish is so fresh. We got here about twice a month with friends. Like that they will have sports on one of their TVs, food channels and music. Can't wait to back soon.
My family and I went for dinner and got a table quickly. It is a small restaurant so it can fill up quick! I had never been here before but was pleasantly surprised. The interiors are simple but definitely give you a sushi restaurant vibe. Our server came over shortly after us getting situated to get our drink orders. We started with Tuna Crunch and Yellowtail Jalapeno Sashimi appetizer, both were fantastic!! For dinner we tried a number of items... the Crunch Roll, Albacore Jalapeño Roll, a super yummie Hokkaido Scallop Sushi!! All the fish was so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend everything that we tried! I can't wait to go again!! These guys definitely know what they are doing!
We really enjoy this spot for Sushi!!! Sushi is always fresh and fair sized portions! The guys are very freindly & attentive! Highly reccomend the Sumo roll and scallops! Yummmmm.. !!! Good hours of operation also!
Great spot with a friendly spot and many sushi options! I came here 1 hour before closing on a weekday and the staff was very friendly and helpful when making menu suggestions. They have a lot of friendly local regulars which I take as a good sign of solid food and great service. I ordered a seared Tuna, yellow tail sashimi and a cooked roll with spicy tuna. Everytime is fresh and made to order at a good price.
